Class Holiday Schedule

We follow the San Ramon Valley Unified School District Holiday School Schedule. The following dates will be observed.

2025/2026 Schedule 

*As a Speech and Debate Coach, I travel to tournaments throughout the competition year.

Note: If you have already paid for October classes, I will issue a credit for October 16th class on the November invoice.

Summer Class registration will begin on April 1, 2026.

Watermark Writing Class Cancellation Policy

At Watermark Writing, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. To ensure that our tutors can effectively manage their schedules and maintain high-quality instruction, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice Requirement:

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.

Makeup Classes:

In the event that a session is canceled with the required 24-hour notice, a makeup class will be offered. The makeup class must be scheduled in advance.

Makeup sessions must be scheduled within 14 days of the original session. If the makeup class is not scheduled within this timeframe, the session will be forfeited.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or if a student does not show up for the session, the session will be considered complete, and no makeup class will be offered.

Emergency Cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Scheduling Makeup Classes:

We offer makeup sessions on Tuesdays 5:30pm or 6pm – or – Wednesdays 5pm. These private sessions will be 30 minutes in duration. To schedule a different day/time, please contact Anna @ (925) 785-2938 to arrange a suitable time.

By adhering to this policy, we can ensure that all students receive the attention they deserve while maintaining the flexibility needed to accommodate unexpected changes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Watermark Writing Billing/Payment Policy

1. Payment Schedule

• Payments for tutoring services are due on a monthly basis and payable on the first day of the month.

• Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the scheduled session(s).

2. Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept payments via PayPal. Invoices will be sent out monthly.

• Receipts will be issued upon payment completion.

3. Late Payments

• If payment is not received within 15 days after the due date, tutoring sessions may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

• A late fee of $25 will be charged if invoices are not paid by the 15th of the month.

4. Commitment to Service

• Clients are encouraged to commit to a regular schedule for the most effective learning experience.

• We will only use your email to send out invoices and important information, like holiday reminders. Please subscribe to emails on the website – www.watermarkwriting.net if you would like to receive reminders and alerts.

• If your email or residence address changes, please update your information online.
