Class Holiday Schedule

Watermark Writing Class Cancellation Policy

At Watermark Writing, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. To ensure that our tutors can effectively manage their schedules and maintain high-quality instruction, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Makeup Classes:

In the event a student can not attend a class there are three options:

  1. The student can attend their regular class time for live, online class via Zoom.

  2. The student can request a recorded class that will be emailed to them.

  3. The student can switch to a different class time slot.

Please understand it’s our greatest desire that all students receive as much in-person instruction as possible and that we hope to provide quality teaching to each participant.

Watermark Writing Billing/Payment Policy

1. Payment Schedule

  • Payments for tutoring services are due on a monthly basis and payable on the first day of the month.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the scheduled session(s).

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle. Invoices will be sent out monthly.

  • Receipts will be issued upon payment completion.

3. Late Payments

  • If payment is not received within 15 days after the due date, tutoring sessions may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

  • A late fee of $10 will be charged if invoices are not paid by the 15th of the month.

4. Commitment to Service

  • Clients are encouraged to commit to a regular schedule for the most effective learning experience.

  • We will only use your email to send out invoices and important information, like holiday reminders. Please subscribe to emails on the website – www.watermarkwriting.net if you would like to receive reminders and alerts.

  • If your email or residence address changes, please update your information online.
